Good Morning!!!

  1. Right back at yah, Teddy. Cold but sunny here in Chicagoland. I stopped at the drugstore this morning and the checkout clerk wished me a happy weekend. It occurred to me that my weekends are just like my weekdays. But that's not much to complain about.

Thinking about going to see True Grit this weekend to help it take first place away from that abomination, Little Fockers. A little popcorn, some root beer, and a good movie. Sounds nice.

  2. Morning everybody. Speaking of movie abominations, I watched 9 last nite. Egads, what a HORRID movie! I also watched Camille while Bri was drifting in and out of sleep. That was by far one of the strangest movies I have ever seen. I still can't decide if it was sweetly quirky or just plain awful.
Sick of it being so cold already, want me some spring time.

  3. Wow! Where did you get ahold of Camille? I assume you mean the James Franco/Sienna Miller film. It seems bizarre. I saw 9, and it is terrible. You don't mean Nine, do you? Even I haven't the guts to see that turkey.

  6. Yes, Camille with James Franco and Sienna Miller. Very strange indeed. Nine/9, whatever was on Showtime with Daniel Day Lewis, Kate Hudson, Nicole Kidman, etc. Bad, bad movie.

I am going fucking stir crazay in this house already. And my damn throat is sore. I am going for a pneumonia shot tomorrow just in case. At least there is True Blood season 3 on demand.....

    Wahhhhhhhhhh,,,,,,,

  7. Don't complain if you can get True Blood on demand. It's not my thang, but I know it's yours.

I drove my Dad to church yesterday. It's the only time he's been out of house except for three doctor's appointments for about 5 weeks. He just sighed and said, "This feels so good." So I think we all appreciate your craziness. Grocery shopping was always my out when my kids were little and their father was home. I could milk that for all it's worth.

  9. I couldn't stop watching it because I thought the next scene HAS to get better. But no....it got worse. LOL! Penelope Cruz really looks like Seabiscuit.

Hey Roc, when you get back, give poor Judes a clue-who is Gossip Boy? I think it's Lindsay Lohan using spell/grammar check.

BobNYC, lots of us despise Robsten/Twilight but it is NOT necessary to be such a pig to the kiddies who love them. As for James Franco being gay or not, truly, what does that matter? Either you like an actor or you don't and that, at least for me, has everything to do with their physical presence, acting ability and overall personality. James Franco could be screwing cats and I'd still think he was a marvelous actor-

BB, I will NEVER forgive him for the way he spoke to you way back in summer.
Hope I can get back her later in the day, we'll see if Dragon Lady is human today. LOL
